Hy-Tek Intralogistics is looking for a talented, self-driven Implementation Consultant to be part of our team bringing leading supply chain management software solutions to companies.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Become a product expert on FASCOR WMS and TMS solutions.
Lead requirements analysis to fit FASCOR system to Client business needs.
Convey knowledge and credibility by effectively structuring ideas, opinions, and information, in writing and speaking.
Listen carefully to the content of information being conveyed; ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding of client's messages.
Assist clients with questions and issues relating to our FASCOR applications as relates to their Standard Operation Procedures Quickly and thoroughly gain understanding of the customer's business environment, practices, and core processes.
Identify the critical elements of a problem and alternative ways of resolving it.
Manage Client expectations to establish the base FASCOR Applications as the answer to their future business processing requirements.
Develop solutions to Client issues/concerns as supported by the base application.
Identify and document Decisions, Risks, Issues and design Functional Change Requests to align the FASCOR Applications to the business requirements of the client.
Demonstrate the ability to be a team player.
Support change and encourages others to respond positively to change.
Demonstrate flexibility in working with a variety of working styles, new situations, and team members.
Explore and build upon others' ideas.
Offer new and imaginative suggestions.
Question conventional thinking and assumptions.
Ability to work and be productive in a hybrid remote/onsite/main office environment.
Lead training sessions, providing clear explanations of the base FASCOR application.
Prepare Data for training sessions that mirror the client data profile.
Lead regular Client facing meetings and internet calls, facilitating clear and concise communication.
Ability to clearly communicate complex ideas in discussions, in writing or presentations.
Ability to translate client verbal requirements into Business Process Definitions Ability to create Functional Design documents to define Client requirements and expectations vs base capabilities of FASCOR Applications.
Provide superior customer service to our end users over the phone; onsite and via social media/email.
Provide clear and concise Weekly Status reporting to Client and FASCOR Management.
Quickly identify and escalate Risks and Issues within the Project framework.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Preferred:
Associates degree in a related field is preferred.
At least 2 years' experience with WMS software and/or data collection/RF software is required.
WMS experience is preferred (FASCOR specific considered highly).
Supply Chain or ERP Project Implementation experience is preferred.
Well-developed verbal/interpersonal skills with strong organizational, presenting, judgement making and time management skills.
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and comfortably in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work without direct supervision with a high degree of responsibility.
Working Conditions:
Travel generally requires about 50% of your time but could be higher depending on business demands.
Occasional weekend and night required as project deems necessary.
Working in office, warehouse, and manufacturing facilities.
Moving or traversing for an extended period.
Operating computers for an extended period.
Possible exposure to noise levels exceeding recommended DBA levels.
