Summary:
Responsible for coordinating cross functional duties between Sales and Purchasing to help promote congruent flow between departments.
Work with customers to ensure seamless transactions.
Responsible for handling customer inquiries, quoting, purchase orders, expediting, sales order release updates, order acknowledgements, follow-up and customer service.
Essential Duties and
Responsibilities:
Handle all administrative duties for the sales team.
Maintaining organized system to ensure the sales process is timely and accurate.
Provide assistance to management team members and executives as needed.
Set-up new customers.
Follow-up on all generated quotations to assure that the customer is being serviced.
Work closely with purchasing to communicate accurately for part acquisition and delivery.
Monitor incoming freight on international orders by comparing estimates to actual cost.
Sales order entries.
Inform customers of their order statuses.
Expediting.
Work with CEO on special projects.
Additional duties may be assigned.
Competencies:
Effective problem solving skills.
Good judgement and decision making skills.
Proven ability to manage detail on multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong customer service.
Clear communication and ability to explain simply.
Ability to effectively manage time.
Education and/or Experiences:
A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, communications or economics.

years sales support/customer service experience preferred.
Computer Skills:
Proficient with Microsoft and CRM software Job Type:
