Summary:
Responsible for overseeing daily operations of the Kentucky/Indiana locations including oversight of all aspects of the clinic functions.
Essential Job Functions:
1.
To assist in the general direction, to organize, oversight of personnel and activities of the Kentucky and Indiana locations.
2.
Oversees all aspects of the clinic, reception, scheduling, radiology, MRI, ultrasound and fluoroscopy ancillaries.
3.
Works directly with vendors on new and existing equipment, scheduling equipment repairs, scheduling annual physicist reviews, maintaining records on all radiology equipment.
4.
Provides guidance and support to management team while building relationships practice wide.
5.
Participate in the development and administration of goals, objectives and procedures.
6.
Maintain adequate staffing coverage for the designated locations.
7.
Participate in the onboarding, hiring and terminations of staff.
8.
Provide feedback consistent feedback to staff.
9.
Assist in the training and promotion of the staff.
10.
Conflict management with impartial resolutions.
11.
Promote and assist in the development of the Kentucky and Indiana offices and new office sites.
12.
Assist in marketing OrthoCincy, providers and locations to local businesses and other healthcare providers.
13.
Maintain adequate supplies for daily operations.
14.
Participate in establishing and carrying out divisional financial and budgetary activities.
15.
Participate in preparing and reporting on clear and concise administrative and financial reports.
16.
Analyze problems, identify alternative solutions, project consequences in proposed actions and implement recommendations in support of goals.
17.
Work with Clinical Engineering to schedule and oversee preventative maintenance on imaging systems to ensure all instrumentation is safe and in good working condition.
18.
Work with Medical Physicists and Service representatives to resolve equipment malfunctions and to ensure that all regulatory requirements regarding equipment performance are met.
19.
Oversee performance of quality assurance and quality improvement activities of section including exam quality, image quality equipment systems, etc.
Assess documentation of problems encountered.
Investigate and respond using an alternative process, staff education or referral to appropriate resource.
Ensure appropriate documentation is completed and maintained.

Manage general activities related to the services provided.
21.
Consult with and maintain effective working relationships with other executives, providers and Board members.
22.
Maintain the facilities in accordance with local, state and federal regulations and requirements.
23.
Ensure HIPAA/OSHA compliance and all other regulatory requirements.
24.
Complies with and promotes compliance of company policies and procedures.
25.
Assist in operational policies and procedures governing the department.
26.
Perform other duties that may be necessary or in the best interest of the practice.
Requirements Education/
Experience:
A degree in the healthcare field is preferred.
At least of 5 years of management experience in a related field.
Performance Requirements:

3.
Knowledge of operational characteristics, services and activities of a healthcare facility.

Knowledge of principles and practices of program development and administration.
