As an A3 GSE Mechanic, you will provide a variety of services to includeperforming preventative maintenance on ground support equipment, preforming daily scheduled work, as well as work that needs immediate attention due to the needs of the operation. Key AccountabilitiesSafety first focused approach to conducting workValid driver's licensePossess a full complement of personal hand tools and ability to furnish hand tools up to 1/2 driveBe able to perform preventative maintenance and repairs on assigned equipment and componentsThis position requires excellent troubleshooting and communication skillsWill utilize hand tools, electrical testing equipment, and computers to diagnose and repair equipmentWill be required to operate a large assortment of equipment in their job functionWill be required to wear applicable personal protective equipment, and follow rules and regulations related to a detailed lockout/tag out program.Must be detail oriented and a self-starter with a positive attitudeReport to work on a regular and timely basis and complete the scheduled workday on a consistent basisMust understand and have the ability to interact with a computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) Skills and QualificationsKnowledge of service and repair diesel powered equipmentKnowledge of service and repair of mobile HVAC systemsKnowledge of service and repair of complex Hydraulic systemsKnowledge of service and repair of electrical systemsAbility to weldBe proficient in reading and comprehending electrical and hydraulic schematicsAble to work well individually and in a team settingStrong communication skills (written and verbal)Be proficient in reading and comprehending electrical and hydraulic schematicsGeneral knowledge of Microsoft Office Physical RequirementsMust be able to lift up to 70lbs regularlyMust be able to climb stairs and ladders, frequently at timesMust be able to work at heightsMust be able to work in hot and cold environments to include inclement weatherMust be able to stand for long durations oLANGUAGE: Fluent English oLOCATION: Cincinnati, Ohio oTRAVEL: Less than 15% You should be proficient in:HVACHydraulics ExperienceElectrical Troubleshooting SkillsWelding Setups for ProductionElectrical SchematicsExcellent Communication SkillsID:qnkTyxEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
