Primary responsibilities include performing billing clerical work in preparing water and sewer bills and responding to Community Managers inquires.
Processes meter readings and prepares utility bills.
Communicating with Community Managers, District Managers, and your supervisor to do various functions in the office.
This is a full-time position.
Hours of work are typically 30 to 35 hours per week but are dependent upon the needs of the job.

POSITION ACTIVITIES AND TASKS Perform data entry and manipulations using spreadsheets, word processing, or other software as required.
Processes meter readings, requesting re-reads, preparing work orders, making estimated readings, and preparing customer billings; reviews and edits billing reports.
Enter, revise and/or combine numerical data such as timesheets, billing templates, and productivity reports.
Create recurring reports to ensure company processes are met.
Responds to customer inquiries for changes in service, complaints, and questions.
Assists the Utilities Manger and Community Managers in answering calls regarding liens, past due balances, and releases of liens.
Processes meter change outs and work orders on accounts.
Provide office support and guidance to Community team members on matters of required documentation and follow up with Community managers for missing or incomplete documentation.
Perform data validation, review discrepancies in information received, and request clarification in accordance with company requirements.
Processes meter change outs and work orders on accounts.
Performs other related job duties as assigned.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIRED Two (2) years of general office or accounting clerical experience or one (1) year of billing experience or an equivalent combination of education, experience, and training.
One year of data entry and manipulation; primarily Excel Modern office procedures, methods, and equipment including computers and associated equipment.
Assembling and preparing data for reports Prepare and maintain detailed and accurate financial records.
Establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers and coworkers.
EDUCATION LEVEL REQUIRED High school diploma or equivalent.
