LEGAL CLOSING COORDINATOR

Job Summary As a Legal Closing Coordinator, you will assist in facilitating the lot closing process for the Fischer Group by collaborating with different departments and team members.

These skills will be used to:
Maintain Legal Closing Coordinators' schedules.
Facilitate lot closing electronic real estate filings to comply with stringent timelines.
Maintain a tickler system to validate the completion of all closings.
Follow up, track, and maintain the original post-closing documents, such as recorded deeds, lien releases, mortgage releases, and title policies to support the homebuilding closing process.
Monitor the projected job start schedule in conjunction with construction start dates.
Support closing processes with Senior Closing Coordinators.
Monitor plat recordation for use in ordering title exams.
Enter data relevant to Lot Takedown Reports and internal lot tracking.
Produce and verify data entry related to lot closings.
Preferred
Qualifications:
Associate Degree or equivalent experience 2-3 years experience in a law firm, title insurance company, homebuilder, lending institution, or equivalent field.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
