Job Description Responsible for effective planning, development, implementation, and evaluation of initial and on-going orientation, training, and education programs for all levels of staff in various Perioperative specialties.
Act as an educational/clinical resource for Perioperative staff.
Additionally, the role is responsible for coordination and collaboration with Organizational Development and Education.
Demonstrate respect, dignity, kindness and empathy in each encounter with all patients, families, visitors and other employees regardless of cultural background.
QualificationsEducation, Credentials, Licenses:
BSN - Graduate of an accredited school of nursing Licensed to practice nursing in the state where work is being performed Meets contact hour requirements for licensure including all state-required courses.
Certification Operating Room - CNOR within 1 year of hire date.
Endoscopy - CGRN within 1 year of hire date.
PACU - CSPAN within 1 year of hire date.
Specialized Knowledge:
Expert knowledge of OR practice nursing procedures, instruments, equipment, and supplies.
Knowledge of instructional methods.
Critical thinking skills.
Computer skills necessary to complete job duties.
Effective communication skills Kind and Length of
Experience:
Minimum 5 years full-time experience in clinical care delivery in assigned area of responsibility (OR/PACU/SDS/PAT).
Recommended Skills Cnor Certification Clinical Works Communication Critical Thinking Friendliness Nursing Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
