Job Description Enterprise Technical Architect - ApplicationsThe Technical Architect for Applications will combine expertise in technology design and development across modern application, integration, data, and security architectures.
This position requires experience in using front-end and back-end development technologies and frameworks.
The Technical Architect for Applications support defining architecture standards, developing solution architectures, and governing architecture submissions.
This is an Architect-level position within ADM's Enterprise Architecture team.
It requires communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to work with detail-level IT engineers, developers, and architects.
Job ResponsibilitiesLead the technical design of application solutions, including cloud native solutionsTake accountability for solution requirement definitions, conceptual, and high- and low-level design artifact generationSupport design reviewsLead reviews of solutions to audit against design requirementsResearch, experiment, and prototype new cloud application servicesHelp maintain and develop technical standardsManage adherence to defined architecture standards throughout the Application development lifecycleProvide oversight and coaching to developers as part of the Architecture Services OrganizationProvide subject matter expertise to design, develop, and implement technicalarchitecture in alignment with Enterprise Architecture's direction and standardsMaintain knowledge of industry trends and utilize this knowledge to educate both IT and the business on opportunities to build better target architectures that support and drive business decisionsSupport IT Enterprise governance functions (RFI's, vendor risk assessments, etc) Job Requirements5
years of IT experience3
Years of building solutions using modern application design patterns including serverless applications, containerized applications, SOA applications, web service applications, and RESTful patterned applications3
years of IT technical design experience overall (either exclusively or across applications, data, cloud infrastructure, networks, or security)2
Years of Application development experience using Microsoft development platforms2
Years of solution technical design involving Microsoft Azure, including both high-level solution design, and detailed technical designAbility to generate conceptual and high level architecture design artifacts Experience conducting design and architecture reviewsUnderstanding of network architectureUnderstanding of security architecture and identity managementKnowledge of Azure data platforms and servicesKnowledge of Agile methodology:
Scrum, DevOps, Continuous Development/Continuous Integration, and automated test tools Experience developing cloud solutions using Azure services such as App Service, Active Directory, Azure Functions, API Management, Application Gateway, Logic Apps, and AKS Experience in software development using languages such as C#, Java, Python, or RExperience with Containerization using Docker and orchestration platformsExperience with Source Code Management tools such as Git, GitHub, SVN, GitlabExperience with relational and NoSQL databases such as SQL Server, Cosmos DB, or similar experienceKnowledge of CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, JenkinsStrong interpersonal collaboration skills and ability to work across technology domainsStrong verbal skills and ability to communicate both upward and downStrong technical design skillsRelocation assistance may be available with this position.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
