General
Summary:
The Infrastructure team member will maintain and enforce TBA's IT standards for computer network technologies.
Primary responsibilities will be managing, supporting, and maintaining the network infrastructure with our diverse infrastructure team.
This team member will also monitor external vendor performance for implementations and support of the TBA above-stated infrastructure items.
II.
Essential Job Functions:
A.
Assist with designing, building, implementing, and maintaining computer networks in remote locations and corporate offices.
B.
Manage switching and routing environment, creating, maintaining, supporting, and decommissioning devices as necessary.
C.
Manage firewalls, routers, switches, and physical layer connectivity.
Allocating resources and ensuring redundancies while utilizing best practices.
D.
Provide support, maintenance, security, and planning for multiple remote locations which support 4000 users distributed among five countries.
E.
Maintain computer networks, including VPNs, routers, and other networked hardware.
F.
Monitoring computer systems to improve network performance for all systemsG.
Troubleshoot, resolve and communicate networking issues to other employees and management.
H.
Work with all IT team members to develop technology roadmaps showing how to move from current conditions to future vision I.
Provide technical input and feedback to IT projects while conforming to IT standards and best practices.
J.
Participate in proof of concepts to assist in defining technology direction and enabling business strategy.
K.
Maintain current knowledge and understanding of security and networking best practices to offer TBA's systems the best solutions and protection.
L.
Assist in implementing disaster recovery procedures.
M.
Establish, implement, and ensure compliance with TBA IT Security policies in accordance with TBJ corporate guidelines.
N.
Assist with asset management, including maintenance of component inventory and life cycle managementO.
Work with IT Management to ensure all activities meet established TBA IT standards and expectations.
P.
Work with Engineering, Business, and IT communities throughout the TBA Group Companies to identify opportunities to improve existing processes.
Q.
Maintain a positive working relationship with customer users, IT technical staff, and business/operational staff at all TBA-affiliated companies.
III.
Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or related field required, or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
Experience:
Greater than six (5) years of relevant experience and academic preparation, or 10 years of relevant experience required.

Ability to analyze and evaluate networks, identify issues and provide solutions to ensure networks are operating efficiently Ability to design, implement and troubleshoot Wi-Fi and security infrastructure Ability to manage several projects simultaneously, from design to implementation Ability to communicate technical information to other technical team members but also to coworkers in other departments who may not know technical networking terminology Language Skills:
Ability to clearly and concisely communicate complex information in verbal and written English.
Japanese and/or Spanish would be helpful.
Computer/Software/Network:
Working knowledge of Windows OS.
Comprehensive understanding of network services and networks such as TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, and EIGRP.
Working knowledge of Layer 2 technologies such as VTP, LLDP, and CDP.
Solid working knowledge and demonstrated intermediate-level experience with Microsoft Office and other computer-based applications (e.
g.
, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, MS PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.
).
Strong and demonstrative knowledge of Cisco IOS devices (routers, firewalls, switches, and Wireless LAN Controllers.
A working knowledge of FortiGate Firewalls is a plus.

Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the team member is required to talk, see, and hear.
The team member must be capable of walking, sitting, and standing for extended periods.
May be occasionally required to lift objects.
Sitting and working on a computer for extended periods is required.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
