As a member of the Amazon Air team, the Air Cargo Operations Program Manager will support the organizational goals to reduce air transportation costs, utilize and expand existing and future opportunity in the air network, and offer superior transportation solutions to both internal and customers.
You will be responsible for ensuring quality performance of cargo movements by executing new launches and programs effectively, managing and maintaining existing lanes, monitoring transport of shipments in and out of network to identify defects, and coordinating irregular operations with customers, Network Control, and airport facilities.
You will collaborate with multiple teams throughout the organization to troubleshoot defects and optimize processes.
An obsession for customer service by providing exceptional level of support to cargo customers will be an integral part of this position.
This is a shift-based role, and to be considered for this position candidates must be available to work a flexible schedule such as a night shift scheduled for Monday through Friday between 8:
00 PM to 4:
00 AM OR a weekend shift scheduled for Friday through Monday between 7:
00 AM to 5:
00 PM.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
