We have full and part-time opportunities at both Rosedale Green in Covington and Emerald Trace in Erlanger Job Requirements To ensure the person hired for this position will be successful we are requiring the following:
LPN/RN licensure in good standing in the State of Kentucky Prior long term care experience is preferred Good communication and leadership skills Computer proficiency and electronic documentation experience preferred Familiarity with culture change and/or person-centered care would be a plus Excellent ability to foster a team-oriented work environment Compensation & Benefits Competitive Pay Excellent & Affordable Comprehensive Medical & Dental Loan Forgiveness - Potential eligibility for Student Loan Forgiveness through the Public Service Loan Forgiveness program Generous Paid Time Off Program Disability & Life 100% Employer Paid Tax Deferred Retirement Savings Stable Organization with an average of 12 years length of service amongst its managers A mission and vision committed to inspired living for its residents.
