Our client, a leader in the healthcare industry, is seeking a Director of HR Operations in Erlanger, KY.
In this key strategic role, you will...
Manage the HR Operations team.
Oversee HR business process work to include transaction processes, process documentation and vendor audit processes to ensure compliance with company policies and legislative requirements.
Drive major change initiatives within HR Shared
and Operations to meet business and market needs.
Oversee training needs analysis and training delivery based on HR process monitoring.
Establish strong level of collaboration and engagement with HR leaders throughout the organization to ensure HR Operations are aligned with HR strategic initiatives and plans.
Prioritize and manage roll-out of enterprise wide HR initiatives to ensure consistency of administration, training and change management activities.
Manage and monitor the performance of vendors and internal HR operational metrics.
Requirements for Director of HR Operations:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related discipline. MBA preferred.
Must have 10+ years of experience in
human resources
and 8+ years of direct management experience in a HR Operations role, demonstrating change management, process improvement initiatives, analysis and training.
Prior experience with HRIS (Lawson and/or Workday) preferred.
Must have management and/or training within the following functional areas: Absence Management, Employee Benefits Administration, Recruiting (Taleo system experience preferred), and Employee/Manager Self-Service Functionality.
Ability to align multiple groups with divergent objectives and priorities toward a common goal.
Demonstrated strong innovative skills.
Ability to work in a matrix organizational structure.
Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, organizational, analytical, problem solving, project management, and planning skills required.
Must be proficient in MS Office software, including Outlook, Word, Project, PowerPoint and Excel.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
