his Financial Analyst will be located in Greater Cincinnati near Erlanger, KY and will be an integral part of a major systems implementation. Will support and implement the finance, accounting, and procurement systems for North America. The scope of applications largely includes ERP (International Finance Management (IFM), Procurement, Cash/Credit Management (A/R and A/P)), Cforia, and other related finance systems. Will ensure delivery of results and alignment with company objectives and direction and serve as the expert resource, bringing forth opportunities to leverage the system, to educate the user base, and to improve business processes.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Defines and manages projects involving the use of new and existing functionality within current and future systems.
Provides support of the financial systems, solving application problems and helping the business resolve process-related difficulties.
Creates and maintains documentation on the functioning and interdependencies of the finance, accounting, procurement, accounts receivable, and accounts payable systems (manual and automated) used by the enterprise.
Performs configuration enhancements in a test environment, manages and documents test results and promotes changes to the production environment.
Interfaces with Business Intelligence on all financial data included in the data warehouse, monitoring data validation, providing guidance on new fields required by users.
Analyzes and troubleshoots ERPIFM system and sub-ledger issues reported by end users.
Maintain high proficiency in the enterprise's financial systems in order to guide management and assist users.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in computer science / finance or related field.
Strong finance background with solid systems implementation experience
Solid understanding of finance data and structures in an ERP environment.
Preferred experience with ERP consolidation system
Five or more years experience with ERP - for instance - Infor XA (MAPICS), JDE, ORACLE, Peoplesoft or SAP financials (Pluses would be IFM, A/R, A/P, and Procurement)
Experience within a multi-national organization, preferably in manufacturing
Strong background in Finance, Accounting, and Planning
Comfortable interacting with new people at remote locations at various levels of the organization.
Superior written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred familiarity with Informatica ETL or equivalent
Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence experience preferred

Proficient with MS Word, Visio, PowerPoint and Excel.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
