This position is for a Financial Analyst looking to make an impact as a member of the Global Supply Chain Finance Team - the person needs to have high energy, be pro-active, self-starting and be highly adaptive to our ever-changing GSC environment.
Responsibilities
Finance Partner with Supply Chain
Operations Team and network of North American Controllers and Analysts to drive
continuous visibility of key areas of financial performance:
1. Warehouse Performance (Productivity/SFC/Forecasting)
2. Capital Expense
Finance Expert
Scope
1. US Warehouse Centers - Athens,
Mechanicsburg, Chino, Middletown
2. SC&L Capital Expenditure
Expert
3. Special Projects centered on
SC&L productivity improvement and expense optimization
Technical
& Operational Competencies
Business support with Operations team &
NAM Finance Teams
Indepth base cost analysis
Ensure timeliness & accuracy of quarterly
forecast process
Monthly financial reporting and analysis to
help operations team identify target variance, productivity and risk
Assist US Warehousing teams day-to-day
activities
Make contribution to improve business process
and financial process
Qualifications
Undergraduate Degree in
Accounting or Finance
0-4 Years of relevant experience
Ability to communicate
effectively with all levels of management
Ability to adapt to change &
encourage collaboration
