TQL is looking for an energetic, results-oriented professional to enter the Recruiter in Training (RIT) program. The main goal for the Recruiter in Training is to grow into a successful Sales Recruiter within 3-6 months. The Recruiter in Training will then be in charge of finding, interviewing and hiring entry-level sales representatives.

Your job:
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Finding quality hires through phone calls. More calls mean more hires and a bigger bonus.
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Provide sourcing support to the SR with who you are coordinated with.
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Generate leads for the sales representative position through various activities, including referrals, social media, on-campus events, networking and internet job boards.
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Conduct over-the-phone and in-person interviews to screen and gain a greater understanding of the candidate's previous experience while emphasizing the sales representative opportunity at TQL.
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Document conversations, interview statuses, offers and feedback in our Applicant Tracking System.
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Support Sales Recruiting Coordinators by assisting with onboarding processes and dispositioning candidates with an exceptional level of accuracy.
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Build relationships with hiring managers, supervisors, and teammates. We recognize the value of teamwork.
What you need to get your foot in the door:
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ No recruiting experience required.
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Bachelor's Degree, preferred.
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Willingness and ability to adapt to change within a dynamic department and growing company.
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Extraordinary multi-tasking skills to expertly manage simultaneous candidate pipelines for different requirements and departments.
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Ability to professionally write and communicate with executives, sales managers, supervisors, candidates, community partners, and teammates.
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Highly motivated work ethic with a competitive drive to be the very best. Recruiting fuels the machine.
ΓΆΒ ΒΆ Must be exceptionally detail-oriented.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
