Our Customer Service Representatives' Responsibilities Include:
o Answer customers questions via inbound phone calls addressing billing, upgrades or troubleshooting issues for telecommunications, insurance, cable and technology clients.
o Strive to meet highest level of customer satisfaction by resolving customers issue in professional & timely manner.
o Multitasking through multiple systems while interacting with customers.
Skills and
Experience:
o Excellent Customer Service Skills
o Strong written, verbal and organization skills
o Superior time management and prioritization skills
o Proficiency with navigating through multiple systems
o Typing skills
o Deductive Reasoning Skills
o Computer skills
o Excellent listening skills
o Ability to learn on the fly, listen, and apply problem solving skills
o Minimum of High School Diploma / GED
